Preconstruction Planning & Consulting
We specializes in the pre-planning, Planning design and management of Architectural, Structural, Sanitary, Mechanical, and Electrical design projects in the following areas: Commercial offices, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, banks, sports/health centers, education/training centers, medical/hospital services, airports/travel facilities, housing, factories/industries and related projects.
We develop a liaison between our client and us, consultants, in which the opinions and skills of both can contribute towards the success of the project. We will be able to offer architectural design and building consultation as an extension of a client’s in-house skills and resources for both new and existing buildings.
Performing Complete Designing
We produce appropriate and refined architecture design, which complements the cultural and social tradition of the country where it is located. We also ensure that the Design Team has fully understood the client's requirements and fully co-ordinate its works as an integrated group. The Team identify, assess and actively involved in projects which best utilizes the maximum range of skills within the firm to ensure a quality product, client satisfaction, environment responsibility, satisfactory financial returns, stability and development of personal and collective skills.

Management
The firm together with its skilled team of Architects, Engineers, support staff and specialist consultants is able to offer comprehensive construction services from the initial feasibility study through to the completed contract on all the mentioned areas of work, these range from a small extension for an individual household to large and complex commercial and residential developments. Alternatively, the scope of the services may be tailored to suite a client’s specific needs. We are looking forward to participate and contribute on larger scale in civil construction projects. ABOUT
Kaleab Teshome Consulting Architects and Engineers is an independent professional practice registered in Ethiopia specializing in innovative planning, design and management of Architectural, Structural, Sanitary and Electrical design projects. It was 1st established in 2002 GC by making design of small residential buildings and graphic design under the name of Building and Graphic Design (BGD). Then after, fulfilling the man power requirement and office equipment, changed its name to Kaleab Teshome Consulting Architects and Engineers in 2007GC. Since its first inception as a sole proprietor, it has grown to become a promising construction & consulting company by working along with a sister company by the name Kaleab Teshome Building Contractor (KTBC) which was established in 2008 GC.
